Welcome to eu9my. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the eu9my platform, including all services, games, promotions, and content made available through the website at eu9my.cam ("Platform", "Site").

• You are opening the Account voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as a professional gambling strategy or primary income source.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all required fields. eu9my reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account statement confirming your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under anti-money laundering procedures

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify eu9my immediately via our 24/7 Live Chat support.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conduct obligations at all times:

eu9my reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. We may share information with regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required or permitted to do so.

All deposits to your eu9my Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow QR, FPX Direct Debit
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Tether) — equivalent in MYR at prevailing market rate at time of deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. eu9my is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or bank processing times outside our control.

All deposited funds are held in a segregated account separate from eu9my's operational funds. Deposited Funds may only be used for gaming on the Platform or withdrawn in accordance with these Terms. eu9my does not pay interest on Account balances.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
• There are no open investigations or disputes relating to your Account.

eu9my offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific promotional terms applicable to the individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts only. eu9my reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu9my and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside eu9my's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Errors in Game outcomes caused by third-party software or infrastructure failures beyond eu9my's direct control.

eu9my's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by you into your Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit eu9my's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting eu9my customer support via Live Chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your Account (net of pending bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

eu9my reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any activity we reasonably believe to be unlawful.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multi-accounting or account sharing.
• Any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.

Upon termination for cause, eu9my reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your Account. Real-money deposits (net of any applicable deductions) may be withheld pending investigation and will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property rights, or to prevent irreparable harm.

eu9my's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
